Im In!

Holy Moly! I signed up for the Ironman today. The guys at Ironman had been dragging their heals a little due to something in Kona. So now I have a focus again that was definitely waining. The down side is I had to fund it as the deadline was tomorrow but I may get the money back. The upside is I am in!

Now its officially time to freak out, this is brilliant! 140.6 miles I am looking forward to it. I should get more details on Monday.

So interesting things on the sign up. I had to enter my Medical membership details and details of emergency contacts. A lot more info than anything I have ever entered, just in case I collapse.

Right I'm off to start planning 10,000 calories of nutrition for race day!
