6 miles!

6 miles in on the long run. Ill be holding that for the rest of this phase. Lots of pain and a high Heart Rate for the first 2 miles. I'm still not sleeping well and this is now showing on the training.

I discovered my breathing thing isn't working right and hasn't been doing me any favours. Without it K doesn't get much sleep either as I'm back to snoring and kicking. I have cleaned everything and hopefully it will work better tomorrow.

Movie: The one. Entertaining and some action.

The swim has been moved till tomorrow due to tiredness and I want to spend some time with K. Tomorrow is Cycle, Soccer and swim. Holy Moly!

LOL! Google is on the ball, as soon as I published this I got adverts for sleep studies and C-PAPs!
