Well I weighed myself today. 1 pound. 1 bloody pound! Im kicking my ar** every day and not losing weight. Also I couldnt exersize (No bike) today as I couldnt get away even at lunch. I had soccer and hurt my knee again. Sigh.
I have been living in Colorado since 2000 and started Triathlons about 2005. Starting with a very small and moving up. My health has always been a challenge due to my weight and makes triathlons hard. The goal is lose weight and finish. Why did I start? I enjoy these events and it shows my kids an active lifestyle that they will think is just how it is. After my last Ironman I have been so injured I have put on 60 pounds. Im using the blogs to keep me honest,
