I took my final mandatory unpaid day off today. I ran 4 miles at a 9:15 and 10 minute pace. It felt good. Then spent the day with the family which was great.
Swim went well too. 2000yds.

- I have been living in Colorado since 2000 and started Triathlons about 2005. Starting with a very small and moving up. My health has always been a challenge due to my weight and makes triathlons hard. The goal is lose weight and finish. Why did I start?
